The Pure and Whole 28 Day Challenge has people discover what a plant based lifestyle can do for your overall well-being. By focusing on three aspects- nutrition, fitness and mindset, you will have breakthroughs in how you eat, how you move, and especially the mental aspect of winning at any game- the mindset necessary to be extraordinary. 

It’s an awesome program where for 28 days, you will experience the effects of what eating a plant based diet does for your mental clarity, your energy and overall feeling of wellness. You will be dining (a lot) at Pure and Whole (on us) and participating in weekly workshops designed to support you in achieving your goals for the program. We will run them monthly and applications will be kept for future program consideration.
